If you receive your billing directly from the insurance company, they have a special billing department to answer all of your questions if its after our regular business hours and you need an answer.
Please be mindful that these direct billing relationships are offered by the insurance company to you as a service, but a costly one if your payments are not received in a timely fashion.
Please make sure to mail your payments to the company not less than 6 Business Days from the due date to make sure it is received and processed in advance of or by the due date. If not, a cycle of computer generated events will be put in motion to cancel your coverage.
While it can be stopped by receipt of your payment within the cancellation period, many companies monitor the number of times this happens and may choose not to offer reinstatement or require the full premium up front rather than offering the monthly billing option.
